Telc exams

Registration must be done either in person or online. The registration will be considered once the exam fee has been received by us. The registration deadline for telc exams is 14 days before the exam date. Registrations received after the 14-day deadline will be considered late and will be moved to the next available exam date. In this case, no refund can be provided. Registration for the exam is only successful after the full payment of the fee. If you are ill on the day of the exam, you are entitled to reschedule the exam. In this case, an official sick note must be submitted on the day of the exam. If submitted late, the right to reschedule will be invalid. Please note that illness does not entitle you to a refund under any circumstances. In the case of illness, a rescheduling of the exam is possible for a fee of €30. If you are ill, we will automatically reschedule your exam to the next month. The exam fee is to be paid online on our website.

A request to reschedule a booked exam is also only possible up to 30 days before the exam date at the latest. In this case, a rescheduling fee of 30 euros will be charged.
When registering for the telc exam, the student agrees to the applicable exam regulations from telc gGmbH. Any attempt at cheating leads to the examination board and the examination is declared invalid.

Cancellations are possible up to 30 days before the exam date with the payment of a processing fee of €50. After this deadline, rescheduling or cancellations are not possible. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Pearson Edexcel Exams

Payment Terms

Payment is due within one week after receipt of the invoice. The payment deadline is considered met only when the full invoice amount has been irrevocably credited to our bank account. The mere initiation of a bank transfer does not constitute timely payment.

As the examination registration process is time-sensitive and subject to official Pearson Edexcel deadlines, the applicable examination fees depend on the respective registration window.

If an invoice is issued during the first registration window but the full payment is received only during the second or third registration window, the corresponding late fees (including late or high late entry fees as charged by Pearson Edexcel) will be additionally invoiced and must be paid by the candidate.

If payment is not received within the stated period, a reminder notice (Mahnung) will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration is only possible within the first official registration window.

In the event of cancellation within this period, 20% of the total invoice amount will be retained as an administrative fee.

Refunds will be processed within up to 30 business days.
