Project Management | Work in Germany
As a project manager for the placement of carers in Germany, I coordinate communication with potential employers, acquire new clients and sell our services. My area of responsibility covers the entire planning and implementation of these projects, whereby I pay particular attention to providing comprehensive support to the nurses during their preparation phase abroad and their subsequent integration in Germany. I play a key role in the organisation of recognition courses and in providing individual advice and support to the professionals.
